This is the second game in a row where I have watched South Forsyth and come away very impressed with Austin’s play. She is a Swiss Army knife, does a lot of things for team and doing them well. She is a very good athlete with good size and strength. She shoots the ball very well and is active on both ends of the floor. Late in the game she slashed in from the wing, picked up a rebound/loose ball and calmly knocked down an 8 foot shot when the game was very close. She played extremely well with Morris on offense assisting on several of her shots in the game with excellent passes coming from difficult angels. Austin plays very hard and plays the game with a lot of intelligence.

Austin gave South Forsyth a big, much needed offensive spark against Ryle finishing with 12 points. She knocked down multiple threes, one from the corner and another on a step-back three from the top of the key on a pick and pop play with Carib Morris Carib Morris 6'3" | SF State GA . Austin handled the ball really well and also made some very nice passes in the game. She helped rebound inside against Jayden McClain and played solid defense for the War Eagles. Austin could be the key player alongside Morris to help fuel a run in the state playoffs.
