How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

A team-oriented player that can shoot from the outside and also skilled at delivering accurate passes.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

A passionate, mentally tough, determined and coachable person.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am involved in our church youth group that focus on knowing God’s word, developing a relationship with Jesus Christ and becoming active member of the community.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Through basketball I learned to improve my communication skill, decision making and work ethic that are critical in life.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Coming from a family that emphasizes education, I feel the pressure to do well academically. To overcome , I learned time management-prioritize tasks, set clear small goals. I learned to lean on my friends for help and I learned to view challenges as opportunities for learning and development.

What type of college are you looking for?

Universities that offer undergraduate and graduate programs.

Edelyn was an effective facilitator for Team Wings in the games. She grabbed a defensive rebound, pushed the ball up the court with her eyes up, and dished out an assist to a teammate in the low post. Edelyn anticipated a pass and picked it off in transition. She found her hot spot in the corner and buried the open three.
