El’Dior, a point guard for Kia Nurse, showed why she has the tools to be an outstanding floor general at the PGH MI College Tour IV Saginaw Valley. She played with great pace, using her quickness and a polished hesitation move to get defenders off balance before finishing with a crafty underhand layup. She also displayed body control with a smooth Euro-step finish in traffic. Defensively, El’Dior was disruptive throughout the day, coming away with numerous steals thanks to her active hands and anticipation. As a facilitator, she consistently made the right reads, delivering accurate passes and creating quality scoring opportunities for her teammates. Her combination of speed, playmaking ability, and defensive pressure allowed her to impact the game in a variety of ways.

Dobere is all around playmaker that has a Jalen Brunson type feel to her game. Athleticism isn’t off the charts, but shows high level basketball IQ. Can play on or off the ball and is shifty with the rock in her hands. Dynamic offensive player, who can create space to get off open looks.

Dobere has the ability to score in a variety of ways. Can play an inside/outside game that suits skillset and is confident in the post. Dobere excelled at running the floor in transition and using defense to create offense for easy buckets. Very comfortable shooting from the perimeter.
