Emerson Ingvalson is a prospect that left it all out on the floor this past weekend. In each one of her team’s contest, she was doing something to help her squad compete. She was rebounding at a high rate on both sides of the floor, she was defending her matchup and playing help side to a T, and she was scoring when the opportunities presented themselves. When you have a prospect that is versatile in everything they do, it brings a smile to your face. Ingvalson may not be the player that is going to come out and drop 30 points on you but before you know it, she will have 10-7-5 as a stat line and those are the type of players that end up killing you throughout the duration of a contest. This weekend that was on full display in almost every game she laced up for. She was a top performer for two days in a row and I think that just speaks to the heart and hustle that she leaves on the hardwood, every time she laces up her kicks to compete.
