HEA was a team I was very excited to see at the LBI Mitten Opening Scrimmage on Sunday and Emma was a hidden gem prospect who emerged for the Firebirds. She impacted the game in a variety of ways offensively, dishing an accurate left-handed entry pass into the post and burying multiple 3s on the perimeter. Emma used pocket dribbles and crossovers to create space from defenders, drilled a smooth pull-up jumper from the elbow, and dropped in a soft floater off the dribble. Emma stepped up for her team and will be an important contributor for the defending national champs.
