Gabby showed excellent athletic tools and continued offensive growth throughout the weekend. She consistently elevated well at the rim with great hangtime, allowing her to finish through contact and extend plays in the air. Her change of pace stood out as a real weapon, helping her get separation when attacking downhill. She also delivered an impressive one-hand transition push pass the length of the floor, showing advanced vision and arm strength with accuracy. Her shot continues to improve as she doesn’t need much space to get it off from anywhere on the floor, and her overall offensive bag is deep with effective spin moves, shot fakes, and strong ball security.

Gabby is a strong, physical hooper who uses her sturdy frame to consistently get downhill. She keeps a low, controlled dribble and plays with balance when attacking the defense. She does a good job getting to two feet, allowing her to either rise into a jumper or finish at the rim through contact. Gabby embraces physicality and does not shy away from contact in the paint on either end. Her outside shot continues to improve, which adds another layer to her ability to score in different ways.

Gabby has climbed into the Top 30 after a solid summer leading her team as well as her performance against other top 2028’s at the Sophomore ID Camp. She led her Saint Andrew’s team in points and rebounds last season and will look to do the same after losing some key Seniors to graduation. Her game is highlighted by her strength and her ability to get to the rim, but the addition and improvement of her mid-range game and shot is going to have her continuing to rise up these rankings.

Gabby is one of the best athletes in this 2028 class in the entire state. She’s so strong with the rock and is smart when using her body to create separation from her defender without fouling. When she’s going downhill to the rim, there isn’t really anyone that can get in her way and stop her. I was impressed to also see her passing ability and how she moved the ball on offense. The drop down passes she was making in transition were beautiful.

Gabby made her presence known from the tip when she got to the rim and finished an And 1 right from the start. She can really stride out and used that to step through and use her athleticism to score at the rim. Her jumper was falling from the baseline, and she can really elevate quickly to score it or grab a board. Gabby’s effort helped keep the ball alive for her team which is one of those little things you love to see.

Gabby has really nice size and a great frame for her position, so it’s no surprise she is trending upwards in the rankings. She does a really nice job of protecting the ball and using good body control when getting downhill towards the bucket. The versatility in her game from her ability to snag a board and push it in transition to being able to use a hesi move to get past her defender is going to make her a strong prospect for the next level.
