Gia is a strong, somewhat physical guard who plays with a nice motor. She played in the 17U division throughout the Spring & Summer, and while she had a handful of Freshman “moments”, she also did some nice things and adjusted to the size and speed of the game. She does a little of everything well and brings good balance to the backcourt. She can handle it a little and trigger the offense, she can knock down an open perimeter jumper or attack the basket, and she’s a solid on-ball defender who will make hustle plays at that end.
