Heidi showed a nice combination of shooting, playmaking and offensive creativity while competing with Team Fever at the Headliners Invitational. During 3v3 competition, she knocked down a three-pointer and demonstrated good court awareness with several well-placed passes. I particularly liked her decision-making in the pick-and-roll, where she recognized opportunities to get the basketball to her teammates and help create scoring chances. In 5v5 action, Heidi showed some nice touch around the basket, connecting on a left-handed floater. She also demonstrated her ability to attack the defense and draw contact, earning trips to the free-throw line. On the defensive end, Heidi displayed good hands, making it difficult for opponents to handle the basketball comfortably. Her ability to contribute as both a scorer and facilitator, along with the defensive effort she brought to the floor, gave Team Fever a well-rounded presence throughout the event.

Heidi was a steady presence for Team Sparks, showcasing her smooth ball-handling and ability to create her own shot. She demonstrated excellent control with the ball in her hands and confidently knocked down pull-up jumpers when defenders gave her space. Her poise and skill with the ball allowed her to keep the offense flowing and make smart decisions under pressure, proving she’s a reliable guard with a confident scoring touch.

Heidi is a point guard you can’t help but like because she competes with an all-out effort and hustle that makes her very impactful on both sides of the ball. Heidi has an extra gear and she chases down rebounds to create extra scoring chances. Heidi has a smooth stroke from the perimeter and works hard to apply pressure on defense. I’m excited to see her again at the Headliners Invitational on Sunday.

Heidi was a speedy guard at our Freshman Showcase, and I enjoyed seeing her compete again with her MBA Local 2028 team on Saturday. She chased down offensive rebounds, created steals with her pesky pressure on defense, and swished a smooth corner triple. I wrote down in my notes that Heidi has a good perimeter jumper, and she zoomed around the court to make plays on both ends.

Heidi was an intriguing point guard prospect at our Freshman showcase in August. She sets up teammates to score by creating separation off the dribble, making unselfish passes, and driving with a burst. Heidi works hard to maintain solid defensive positioning and should have an excellent opportunity to impact Lakewood’s program in her first high school season.
