Her poise and skill with the ball allowed her to keep the offense flowing and make smart decisions under pressure, proving she’s a reliable guard with a confident scoring touch.

Heidi is a point guard you can’t help but like because she competes with an all-out effort and hustle that makes her very impactful on both sides of the ball. Heidi has an extra gear and she chases down rebounds to create extra scoring chances. Heidi has a smooth stroke from the perimeter and works hard to apply pressure on defense. I’m excited to see her again at the Headliners Invitational on Sunday.

Heidi was a speedy guard at our Freshman Showcase, and I enjoyed seeing her compete again with her MBA Local 2028 team on Saturday. She chased down offensive rebounds, created steals with her pesky pressure on defense, and swished a smooth corner triple. I wrote down in my notes that Heidi has a good perimeter jumper, and she zoomed around the court to make plays on both ends.

She sets up teammates to score by creating separation off the dribble, making unselfish passes, and driving with a burst. Heidi works hard to maintain solid defensive positioning and should have an excellent opportunity to impact Lakewood’s program in her first high school season.
