The athletic wing got Shawnee off to a fantastic start. Scoring a quick 9 points seemingly before anyone could blink. Was a problem all game long. Slashing to the rim, scoring off extended post ups. Finished with 22 points, on an outrageously efficient 10-11 shooting from the field. While it was a tough loss, after that dominating performance the lefty is an important player to track this spring.

The left handed forward from Tecumseh has transferred down the road to Shawnee giving the Lady Wolves a very quick and athletic roster. Good hands on cuts that gets under control to finish some easy buckets. Great hops and timing on the block shots Strong rebounder on both ends of the floor but definitely a must box out on the offensive glass. A player style that will fit well into Coach Wells system

Fresh off a productive sophomore campaign with Tecumseh, Bruner is an interesting forward prospect with good measurables. Liked the attitude she showed with an emphatic block when an opposing guard tried to drive by her. Playing with swagger like that on defense is always an eye catcher. Can grab and push off defensive rebounds too. While also having good touch as a finisher. Bruner has been a miss in recent scouting and rankings updates, but is another college potential wing-forward in the rising sophomore class.
