She knows how to manipulate her defenders and create separation without excessive dribbling. She reads help defense quickly and takes advantage of every screen opportunity her teammates give her. When Janyilah is on the block, she shows exceptional footwork. What sometimes goes unnoticed about Janyilah’s game is how effectively she uses her length on rebounds. She has outstanding timing when she needs to make a rebound.
