Thompson usually only goes two deep in their bench and Jocelyn is one of those two. It is impressive that a freshman can get on the court on such a good team. She will see an increased role going forward as she matures and gains strength. Her long arms and athletic build allow her to be a great defender. I like the way Jocelyn plays and how she cuts naturally and keeps space offensively.

Jocelyn is a key reserve for Thompson and someone they rely upon to give their starters a break. She comes in and makes smart plays, never trying to do too much. She is quick and athletic and does a nice job of playing her role to perfection. She will become more of an offensive threat when she gets to her Junior and Senior seasons, due to older teammates currently dominating the offensive side of the floor. She has a nice looking shot and is able to knock down the deep ball.
