A sleeper prospect from southwest of Fort Worth. The first aspect of Hayes’ game that stands out is her repeatable, textbook shooting form. Would hazard a guess that it comes from hours on the shooting gun, because she maintains the form and accuracy even after a dribble or two to relocate. Shooting seems to be her top trait, but there’s a good variety to her whole video. Aggressive to loose balls and rebounds. While also in the clips used, a good job of handling pressure to either finish herself or make the right reads when the defense collapses. Her summer was hampered by injury, but there was a lot to like when watching back her junior season highlights.
