One of the most dominant combo guards in the state, Pinnock can play off or on the ball and wreak havoc. She can be a floor general or identify matchups and take over a game. That is one thing I admire about her game. She can adapt to the situation for what her team needs. She shows good patience on the floor, waiting to find her spots for high % shots. She can play a physical style of basketball, which can overwhelm opponents. Shot mechanics and range are improving with more game reps on the circuit going into her senior season.

Christ the King didn’t have a good offensive day against Bishop Ireton, and one of the only bright spots for me in this one was Josephine Pinnock. Josephine did a great job getting to the rim, and even though her shot wasn’t falling, she was a big part of Christ the King being up most in the first half. Josephine has great size for the position, and her mix of handle and vision made her one of the best guards at this event.

Josephine Pinnock was fantastic for Christ The King today. Josephine finished in transition well and did a great job putting her head down and getting to the rim. Josephine hit some tough contested threes and has shown the ability to go and get you a bucket. Josephine was the biggest source of offense for Christ the King in the second half.
