Julia has been one of the most skilled wings in the 2026 class throughout her career, and she would be an absolute asset to most Division II, Division III, and NAIA schools in the Midwest. She handles the ball a great deal for South and initiates the offense like a point forward. She is a nice athlete with a motor, and she can get downhill and find open teammates or score it herself. As she has gotten stronger, she has finished more consistently inside. I also like her versatility defensively, and her ability to defend guards or wings.

The last time I saw Julia was in April in Hamilton, Ohio, and she was putting on a show for her DistinXion Black team. She has really nice length, a wiry-strong frame, but she’s also skilled with the ball. She plays a point forward style of basketball, can create for herself or others off the bounce, and has nice poise and good vision. This will be a great opportunity to evaluate her athletically and defensively against some other top wings, so I am definitely looking forward to that.

Julia is another really nice wing prospect in this class, but she’s in a different mold. She is a primary ball-handler, like a point forward, and she does a really nice job of handling it in transition, finding open teammates, and making the “right” play much of the time. She has length, wiry strength, and she can knock down an open rhythm jumper. I think she’s still a little under the radar, but that shouldn’t last too long as she gets more and more exposure this Spring & Summer. Defensively, she is probably best on wings and forwards, so if she can prove to defend guards off the bounce, it could only help.

I have enjoyed Julia’s versatility and productivity over the past couple of years, and this past weekend she was everywhere. She has a long, wiry frame, developing strength, and solid all-around athleticism. She can put it on the floor and create offense for herself or teammates, she can knock down an open jumper, or she can attack the basket to score or get inside to battle for put-backs. I feel like each time she was in the game, she was always noticeable, because she was always around the basketball. She is the exact type of prospect who tends to keep the elite small colleges, well, elite.
