Richards is a proficient ball-handler. She creates separation due to her crafty and unpredictable playing style. Although, she is highly talented, there are some areas that need improving. She has to let the game come to her sometimes. She often forces the final pass. It is a hit or miss but is still an area that once fixed, would take her a level higher. She also needs to be a bit more active on the defensive end. Richards is capable of playing on both sides of the ball but lacks the consistency at times. She is still a player that coaches need to monitor due to her athletic, motor, and intelligence. She received her first offer from Manhattan College this year.
