Norwood had some really good moments during the weekend for Cal Storm. The lefty guard stayed in attack mode, constantly putting pressure on the defense, getting downhill, and keeping defenders on their heels. Her aggressiveness opened up quite a bit offensively, benefiting not only her but also her teammates. When Norwood turned the corner and got into the paint, she forced the defense to react and made plays from there.

Norwood started slow but flipped the switch late. The sophomore guard scored all nine of her points in the fourth quarter, nearly fueling a Compass comeback. She was aggressive, attacked the paint, got to the free-throw line, and knocked down timely threes when it mattered most.

Norwood is on attack mode from the tip off. She is a lefty who gets downhill in a hurry and does a very good of creating contact. She’s almost like a power forward in a guard’s body. Kaliha gets to the foul line as much as any guard in the state.

The freshman showed that she is going to be a force to be reckoned with. She picked her spots on when to be aggressive offensively. She got into the lane often and did a good job of creating contact in order to get fouls called.
