Young improved in her consistency during her senior season and is one to track at the next level. She mixed it up on offense more and learned to be more patient. On the defensive end, she continued to be one of the top perimeter defenders in the state with her quick feet and active hands.

The lefty came out and played with her normal high energy. On defense she was a pest and had multiple deflections or steals. She got to the paint and created opportunities for herself or her teammates. She hit a few deeps threes as well.

Young has been putting in the work and she will see the results this upcoming season. She is without a doubt one of the better perimeter defenders in the state with her high motor and quick feet. When her three-point shot is falling you know it’s gonna be a long game for the opposition.
