Last season as a freshman, Gallagher finished 2nd in the nation with 10.1 steals per game. Despite being just 5’3, Gallagher is a great on-ball defender. She has great instincts that help her read passing lanes, and her speed makes her a nightmare for opposing guards. Gallagher was a steals machine last season, finishing with two 15-steal games, a 16-steal game, and two games with 17 steals.
