Keiara Curtis
About Keiara
Expert Analysis
Devin Record | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
Keiara is excellent in the pick and roll game, antisipatiing where her teammates will be coming off the roll and going into the paint. She reads defenses quickly and uses her speed and agility to cause havoc for opposing guards. She handles the ball well, keeping it on a string by rarely turning it over. She finally got the spotlight she deserved last summer, committing to Hawaii.

Keiara’s nickname (per per Twitter bio) is “Kbuckets”, if you watch her highlights or live you would instantly know why. Curtis is an elite 3 level scorer as she is able to finish through traffic in the paint, stop on a dime and pull up to sink a mid-range jumper, or step back from deep and nail a three. She has many tricks up her sleeve, finding creative ways to get her teammates the ball and get her shots up. Her floater game is insane, passing vision is up there with the best in the state, and plays high level defense. She is one of the most complete players in the state. She recently picked up an offer form Utah State.

Another good prospect in the Prep backcourt. She led the team in scoring last season. She gets her points from all levels. She can show off her skills in the mid-range game, and knocking down threes. She has active hands on defense and gets steals, often times leading to some creativeness at the rim on the other end of the fkoor. These two, along with Jada Travis Jada Travis 5'5" | CG Bellarmine Prep | 2024 State WA , who runs the point most of the time gives Bellevue Prep one of the top backcourts in the entire state.

She kept her number #6 position in the 2025 rankings. A guard with lots of quickness who played off the ball a lot last season. She may again next year with the entire backcourt back. I believe she is more suitable for the point at the next level but she has no problem scoring the rock. Quickness and gets her downhill in a hurry ready to deliver at the basket or pull up with a floater or some crafty style layups. Also a good defensive player who uses that quickness to be one qq

Part of an electric backcourt that is one of the best in the field. She opened with 30 points in the regional round. She is an exciting player to watch and has end-to-end quickness that helps manufacture points with the fast pace Prep likes to play.

Bellarmine Prep somehow ended up with an 11 seed and got 30 pounds from the sensational Sophomores guard in their first-round win. This backcourt is one of the best in the state. She is electric and showed why she is a highly-ranked guard in prep hoops.

Bellarmine Prep has one of the most talented young backcourts in the state. They are all interchangeable and she shows her ability to play either guard spot with some nice scoring nights. She is great at hitting floaters in the lane or finishing at the rim. She has great quickness and speed to get up the floor and by the defense. You could say she is a score first point-guard but that takes away from her true point guard skills. She is well rounded and highly skilled.
