Boinski is a versatile offensive player who can score both from the perimeter and at the rim. She’s shooting 35% from beyond the arc this season, but she’s even more effective when attacking the basket. She keeps control of her dribble in traffic, absorbs contact, and finishes strong at the rim. Her soft touch around the basket, often using an underhand scoop for extra reach, makes her a crafty and efficient finisher. She plays with patience and takes high-quality, high-percentage shots, and her ability to stretch the floor makes her difficult to guard. Off the ball, she moves with intent by finding gaps in the defense and making smart cuts to create scoring opportunities. Boinski is averaging 13.2 points per game for Catholic Memorial.

There’s a little herky-jerk to how Boinski plays. Her shot has always looked funky, but it’s been functional. Boinski and Conway paired as a productive backcourt that stretched the defense beyond the three-point line. The 5’8 guard also did a solid job of taking care of the ball when it got to her and helped create an environment where the Crusader offense thrived off-ball movement and opened up pockets of space for someone to attack. She’s a high-IQ guard who can contribute to productive offensive units by moving the ball or scoring herself.
