Kenzie is another long, tall, wiry forward who can play inside-out. But with her ability to shoot the basketball at such a high level, whether she is the ‘4’ or the ‘3’, I’d think you’d want her flexing between the elbows and the perimeter consistently. Sunday, she shot it well outside, and she continues to give her Always 100 Platinum team a dangerous threat out there. But she has driven it more this Spring & Summer, and she’s started to show more aggression defensively and in rebounding situations.

Kenzie recently joined this Always 100 team, and it came in beneficial for them Sunday. With a number of injuries and a lack of size, she was able to help with her long frame, whether it was on the boards, defensively, or just providing another body. She is a talented shooter, and she hit a number of big shots in key moments in both games I was able to see.

Kenzie was playing with a new team last weekend, and she looked comfortable from the get-go. She knocked down shots with consistency, used her length and athleticism to her advantage, and she just had an all-around nice game when I saw her. She has always possessed touch from the perimeter, and she’s showing more aggressiveness off the bounce from the perimeter. As that part of her game continues to grow, watch out. Defensively, if she can prove she can defend bigger guards and slashing wings off the bounce, I think it will really help her for the next level.
