I know I’ve mentioned Kristin a number of times throughout the Summer, but it’s well-deserved, and I am anticipating a big Winter out of her for the Lady Vikings. Minus the graduation of three 2022 starters, Kristin will not only need to take on a much bigger statistical role this year, but she’ll also be counted on as a primary vocal leader for Valparaiso. On the court, she is a long, gliding athlete, with a dynamic skillset, the ability to score it at all levels, and a very creative mind. She is also a highly energetic and tough-nosed ballplayer.

Those local to Valparaiso have known what Kristin is about, but she had a great Summer and really put herself on the map from a recruiting standpoint. She is long, wiry-strong, and a really nice athlete with some bounce. She has some creativity in her game, and she can make tough passes look easy. She’s good at getting into the paint and finishing in a variety of ways, but she also has some touch from the perimeter. I really think she’s a kid who is still overlooked, so she could be a nice “sleeper” for some college.
