Kukes was Richland’s offensive engine, finishing with 20 points on 8 of 16 shooting. She was efficient inside the arc and hit a three while also converting three of five from the free throw line. Even as the game widened, she continued attacking and looking for scoring angles. Her effort kept Richland competitive early before Prep’s depth created separation.

Kukes is another guard with some legit speed, and she shows it all over the court. Whether she is pushing the ball up, attacking driving lanes, chasing down long rebounds, or getting up in ballhandlers, she shows her ability to dart around the court across several areas of the game. She plays with a pretty solid IQ too, making good cuts off the ball, locating passes from different depths, and putting passes right on her teammates coming off screens.
