The senior led the Eagles with 21 points to a close 60-56 victory over Fort Mill. Seven rebounds, four assists and three steals were also part of Harvey’s performance. The Eagles may not have achieved the result they were looking for on their home floor against a tough Gaffney team, but Harvey ensured her flock was in a position to win from start to finish as she led Eastside with 15 points. Eastside was most successful when it was able to find Harvey in close proximity to the rim. Eight of her 15 points occurred in the first quarter of play – out of the 14 points Eastside scored in the opening stanza. Harvey also understands the art of setting screens, will direct traffic on defense and is an on-court leader for her team as part of Eastside’s 2026 graduating class.

Harvey is one of two team captains on this year’s rendition of Eastside. In a clash that pitted an Upstate 5A team against a Lowcountry 5A team, Harvey’s Eagles pulled off the 36-35 victory over Stratford. Harvey scored 12 points and was every bit as effective a rebounder as she is a scorer. Even though most of what she gets accomplish is in the painted area as she stands at 5-foot-11, the Eastside junior also displayed that she will was willing to try long range jump shots. Her height combined with her wingspan makes her especially a problem on defense and she can play productive minutes as a small forward, power forward or as a more traditional center.
