Bell is a college prospect due to her amazing athletic ability. The two-sport standout athlete will have her choice of playing either basketball or volleyball at the next level. She is very disruptive defensively for her squad. Her long arms, laterally quickness, timing, and jumping ability make her a tremendous defensive player. She is a fast player and can get up the floor in a hurry. She can knock down the middle jump shot against opponent’s zone defenses. She has a soft touch near the basket and can draw fouls while getting to the free-throw line. When you see Lauren play it becomes pretty clear why she was an All-Region selection.

Bell is one of the best athletes in the Region. Her movements are so fluid and natural which gives her a huge advantage on both sides of the floor. She is also a tremendous leaper, allowing her to easily grab rebounds over opponents. Her length and timing are very impressive. She is a fantastic rim protector. The All-Region returner is off to another stellar season, where she should find herself once again amongst the best of Region 2.

Bell is a fantastic athlete and hopefully will get more attention this season as a junior. She is a standout volleyball player as well. It is nice to see multi-sport athletes who play volleyball and basketball, as it is becoming rarer and rarer. She is one of the taller athletes in Region 2 and certainly one of the best athletes in the area. She runs really well and moves well on both sides of the court. She naturally keeps space offensively and does a great job of jumping to the ball defensively.

Lauren is one of the best athletes in the state, let alone in the class of 2027. She runs so well for a forward and is exceptional with her timing and jumping. She is a capable offensive player, running Park River’s high-low offense well. But she really shines on the defensive end. She moves naturally to the correct defensive positions as the ball is swung around the perimeter. She fills-and-sinks on baseline drives and is an unbelievable secondary defender, blocking or altering many shots. She is a great rebounder, pursuing boards with conviction. Lauren is a great player and one I would love to have on my team.

Bell leads the Aggies in scoring with 15.3 ppg, she is a major part of the PRFL offense every game. Lauren scores a lot of points around the basket within the Aggie offense. She is also good in transition and gets points on offensive rebound putbacks.  Bell is best working inside where she can use her strength and height to get favorable positioning. She has really worked to improve on her post moves inside and she is showing them off this season. Lauren is such a natural athlete, she moves quickly but effortlessly and many times just wins with speed. Also, the way she uses her body for positioning and then being strong enough to hold her spot has made her a very good offensive player for PRFL. Being only a sophomore she is continuing to improve and expand her game. The PRFL coaching staff & fans are proud and excited to see where things can go for Lauren and the Aggies. The sky is the limit!
