In her sophomore season, Rogers has developed into the featured player for coach Gregory Bauldrick’s 5A Division 2 Westwood team. Two games were on the Redhawks’ schedule for Friday – including one against a Virginia team in Deep Creek. Rogers concluded her day with a 16-point performance against the Hornets. That development has included the ability to score at all three levels. Rogers will find time either in the backcourt as a shooting guard, in the frontcourt as a small forward or on the wing. Getting out in transition is another strong element to Rogers’ skillset. Rogers also turned in an 18-point showing earlier that day against another 5A Division 2 team in St. James. 

Rogers made her presence known early and often as her 5A Division 2 Westwood team matched up against one of the premier 2A teams in Burke. The Midlands vs. Lowcountry get-together went the way of the Redhawks thanks to the 16 points that Rogers put on the scoreboard. A team can place Rogers in its lineup either in the backcourt at the two or in the frontcourt as a three – which means she can find plenty of time at the wing. She is also dangerous as a defensive playmaker, utilizing her length to enable her to block many shots.

Rogers is displaying indications that her game will only improve as she gains more experience playing at the high school level. She is entering her sophomore season with 5A Division 2 Westwood. She stands at 5-foot-10 and can find plenty of minutes as a wing player since she can effectively play at the two or at the three. Rogers can connect on tough shots and has no problems drawing contact to get to the free throw line. Perimeter defense is another element to her game. She can make her attempts from midrange or from long range. Rogers is showing signs of a big season in 2025-26 for the Redhawks.
