Kirk was the driving force for the Lady Bulldogs on Tuesday night. Looked more fluid and quicker with her hadnles and overall movement compared to last year. Gave Westmoore some trouble off the bounce, especially as they had to respect her range as well. Finished with 18 points and is averaging nearly 16 points a game on 37% shooting from deep. Which is doubly impressive as based on the game watched, she’s the clear focal point of Edmond Memorial’s offense. And is producing even with the defense’s attention on her.

A com guard that in my option is a scoring guard that many might not know about yet. The third leading scorer the team last season that is not bad considering the only two players in front of you are Power 5 signees. Watching Maddy this summer she will be counted on not only as a scorer but as the leader of a young team due to her valuable experience this past season. Impressive is the downhill drives decision making she has showed this summer. Great reads of the defense that limited the unforced turnovers. A 2026 to watch this upcoming season.

Outstanding shooter with range. A second team All District player last season, Maddy will have to step up next season as the Lady Bulldogs lose their top two scorers from last season. I have seen her play couple times already this summer and the senior looks ready to lead a young team. Handles the ball against the pressure with eyes up the floor. A vocal player that talks to teammates getting them where they need to be.

A crafty scoring guard that can knock down the spot up 3 or take you downhill off the drive. The craftiness scoring comes when she is driving to the paint. The ability to find ways to score in the paint makes her crafty. Hit you with the spin move or the turn around jumper. A player who’s stats are kind of hidden with the two top players on the team last. Quiney scored double digits last season. Break out summer for Maddy is expected.
