Known as “Maddie”, Bedford has been on a steady rise as one of the shiftiest and more skilled young guards in the state. She opted to skip AAU this summer to focus on development and her summer hoops showing was beyond promise. She assumed point guard duties at Captain Shreve, and was impressive in each contest. She is a next level talent with an unmatched love for the game along with a tireless work ethic. She will be sidelined with an injury, but her potential remains. There is no doubt she will take this time to improve on basketball IQ, and the mental part of the game. Respect to one of our rising stars on her journey to recovery.
