Savage has been a player who has flown under the radar for quite some time. She has all the necessary tools to be a legitimate collegiate player, whether it’s high level D2 or D3 (if academics are taking precedent). She can attack the rim and finish with contact, she can shoot the ball from well beyond the arc, and she knows how to make players around her better. A ton of belief in this kid’s abilities.

Savage seems to still have another gear to her game that she can tap into. She is aggressive on the drive, and uses her frame to get to her spots, and from beyond the arc has the ultimate confidence to let it go. On many possessions to keep her team in the game, Savage showed the talent to score within the iso too. Colleges are missing out on a potential program changer.

Maeve already has the frame of a collegiate athlete and can play both inside and out. If you’re a program that loves to play positionless basketball and allows your players to figure things out on the fly (but within the system).. Then Maeve will be one hell of a pick up. She’s not afraid to let it fly and can work you out in the post if necessary.
