Davis is another of the three sophomores that were part of this past season’s Stratford team. Another bright spot on a Stratford team whose 2025-26 featured more lowlights than highlights, Davis would wear Knights red and black in all 26 of its contests in 2025-26. Davis is another multi-sport athlete who has also competed in track and field events in addition to what she gets accomplished on the basketball court. Defense is Davis’ bread and butter. The most effective way she bolsters her team’s efforts is as a rebounder and shot-blocker – Davis led the team in boards with 5.4 per game and rejections with 1.1 per contest. Davis was also one of the team leaders in steals. 

The Knights of 5A Division 1 Stratford may have entered Tuesday’s region matchup against 5A Division 2 Lucy Beckham with only two wins (2A Eau Claire, 5A Division 1 Stall). The seven points Davis scored against the tough region foe are an indication that the Knights are better than their topline record. Defensively, she will keep her hands outstretched on defense. Davis is another of the three sophomores on this season’s Knights team. She understands the concept of playing with her back to the basket as well as that of being ready to box out in case of an opponent’s missed free throw attempt.
