Light on her feet defensively. Excellent reaction time to jump in the passing lanes and keep the opponent on her toes. She did a great job picking off passes for steals to ignite the break. A one-woman show in transition; quick bee-line to the basket. Reliable 3-point shooter who can certainly splash it once she gets going.

Malia was able to showcase her crazy offensive abilities this past weekend, breaking down defenders, flashy passes and knocking down some tough shots. Every time she touched the ball it was just like highlight after highlight, she was truly a fun player to watch.

Malia is a quick striker on offense, capable of putting up points in rapid bursts that can completely shift the momentum of a game. Her ability to score back-to-back baskets with confidence and efficiency makes her a nightmare for defenses to contain. Throughout the tournament, there were several moments where she caught fire—knocking down shots, attacking the basket, and piling on points while defenders struggled to keep up. When Malia gets in rhythm, she’s nearly unstoppable, and her explosive scoring ability gives her team a major offensive spark whenever it’s needed.

Malia was scoring the ball in a hurry in the games I saw. She was one of the most consistent shooters from deep in Georgia at the Peach Games in a 4-0 showing for TSH. Her speed and athleticism allowed her to get downhill to the basket with nice handles and she was making some tough shots in big situations. The SisterHood had some great guard-play, and Malia was significant in their success.
