Ma’Lia was the defensive MVP for Ferndale at U of M Team Camp. She locked up multiple college-level guards and kept them from producing their typical numbers. Ma’Lia used her quickness to create many steals and she knocked down a deep wing jumper. Her shifty ball handling and ability to swing the ball from the point makes her an excellent lead guard for the Eagles.
