She could be a steal as a 2 that can slash and finish through contact. Nichols has athleticism and her ability rebound and defend was big in this one. Davis advances and Nichols was big.

Nichols has a new home as she is now at Davis High School and she is starting to fit in well as a very active and mobile forward. She is physical and she can move very well. Defense is going to be her staple and it is going to lead to great stops and transition offense.

Good size but her strength and athletic ability was on display tonight as she was all over the glass and she was able to use both hands in traffic. Eventually it came down to her lefty floater on the move off the glass that won the game but there were so many more plays she made in the game including some tough rebounds and good all-around defense. Solid play and a new name for us.
