Hill tried to single handedly keep Chickasha in it. Was on fire throughout the game from deep. And when she was covered, she has a quick first step. On those drives she plays fast, but in control with good balance and fundamentals. While she’s signed with nearby UASO, Hill clearly is focused on leaving it all on the court for the Fighting Chicks. If they’re able to bounce back this week in the consolation bracket, it would be Chickasha’s first trip to State since 2014.

Chickasha took down previously undefeated Harrah to win the Charlie K Heatly Classic in Lindsay. Hill started quietly in a blowout win over Sulpher, but did record 4 steals. She was in double figures in both the semifinals and finals. Including a stat sheet stuffing 14 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists and 2 steals in the title game win over Harrah. Hill is a transfer from Kiefer and her emergence gives the Chickasha Fighting Chicks a senior class capable of making real noise in the always deep Class 4A playoff field.

Lighting quick point guard that has varsity experience could be what Chickasha needs to make a run this season. Maycee transfer from Kiefer to Chickasha for her senior season. A point guard that pushes the baseline on every break looking to score a easy bucket. An outstanding scorer that put up big games last season for Kiefer.

The Lady Chicks have size in Ashlynn Smith Ashlynn Smith 6'1" | PF Chickasha | 2026 State OK and returning guards Mea Ginn Mea Ginn 5'8" | SG Chickasha | 2026 State OK , Addison Ferguson Addison Ferguson 5'6" | PG Chickasha | 2026 State OK giving them a very solid verlan backcourt. Incoming freshman Jaliyah Fulton Jaliyah Fulton 5'11" | SF/SG Alex | 2029 OK also provides some athleticism and height. Add a scoring point guard like Maycee and the Chicks are a much-improved team.

A quick point guard that plays with a big heart. When you watch this young lady play there is no question that you are getting 100% between the lines. She does a excellent job at finding the gaps of the defense and attacking it with a quick burst getting to the rim. In transition she pushes the tempo forcing the tempo looking to score high percentage opportunities. Tough defender on defense that creates points off turnovers. Maycee has received some interest this spring.

A point guard that is a jet on the floor. Quickly takes the inbounds or outlets and pushes as deep as possible. Made good decisions on the fastbreak to understand not to force the layup if not there. A all in between the line type players that is contenting moving.

Small school standout who got busy in an early afternoon win by going downhill and hitting in the mid-range. Showed good body control on one drive, where she took contact well and had the strength and hangtime to still finish. Enjoyed a strong junior season, where she overcome a minor injury. And now looks like she’s ready to hit the ground running for a busy spring with the Swarm.

First year at Kiefer and already making a big impact for the 8th ranked Class 3A team. Brings flair to the game with her passing and dribbling, but also has the overall substance to back it up. Can snatch a defender’s ankles, then fire a pass right by their head to an open teammate. Along with the highlight worthy plays, routinely fills the stat sheets up with steals and good rebounding for a guard.

Hill is averaging 15.4 points on the season, while grabbing 4.6 boards and handing out 3.8 assists. With playoff seeding drawing closer, Kiefer is in need of a strong finish. As they need to bounce back after a couple of close losses.

A point guard that stock has risen over the past few months. Including receiving a offer right after a event few months back. Is a scoring threat at all times as she can knock down the outside shot, has great handles and knows how to use her body to protect the shot on the drives. The change of speed at which she plays with is what caught my attention. Pushes the tempo with the pass on open breaks throwing a dart to the teammate filling the lane. A 2026 that has changed schools and looking to be a focal point of the program.

A lighting quick guard who’s stock has risen in just the past few months. A point guard plays with a lot of energy and toughness that can became contagious on her team. Nice range of scoring skill set that allows her to be a point guard that can score within the game. A very nice smooth shot from the outside and also has great footwork to shoot off the dribble. Nice pocket dribble and a burst of speed had her getting to the rim all day. Understood how to use her body to protect the layup from being blocked.

One tough kid that you knock what she is bringing. Got hit in mouth and came out for about 2 minutes and was ready to go back in. Just that type of kid. A transfer to Kiefer this season that I think could have a break out year.

July Highlights

What jumps out about Hill’s tape is her great footwork and feel on drives and in the mid-range. She’s capable of creating seperation with ball fakes, spins and makes the most her natural gifts to not only survive as a “smaller” guard on drives, but thrive. Gets off the floor very quickly, while still in control on those mid-range shots and drives. Which allows her to score even on contested looks. With the combination of her bag of tricks and the passion she seems to play, looks like a competitive player with a strong future.
