McKenna Jackson
About McKenna
Expert Analysis
Tink Butler | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
McKenna could play both guard positions and her ball handling combined with her ability to shoot makes her a threat at both. She has a consistent form on her shot that doesn’t change with increased distance from the basket. On drives she finishes well with the floater.

Is effective shooting the ball off the dribble! She can knock down open shots, once Mckenna gets hot she can light it up from three point range. Looks like a combo guard right now and she will attack the rim off the dribble. A smart player that is capable of hitting the mid-range shoot as well.

A reliable shooter and a good defender who is a dedicated player who works hard on both sides of the ball. She shoots the ball consistently and hits shots for her team when needed. Good basketball IQ that can play and both guard positions on the perimeter!

McKenna was listed at 5’3″, her game transitions well into the next level. She pushes the ball fast down the court in transition, keeping her head up so that she can spot open teammates and lock in on defenders. She makes plays with her IQ and vision.

Speedy point guard that kept getting out in transition, where she either scored or fed teammates for easy buckets. Her passes were accurate and she showed good instincts on defense, coming up with a few deflections and steals.

Don’t be fooled by the size but one of the better shooters in the gym. She moves well without the ball and uses her footwork to help get her shot off. Looks like more of a shooting guard than a point guard but with her size needs to be more of a combo.
