A scoring threat who isn’t bashful about pulling it from deep. This kid knocked down a couple of 3 balls and played at a high level throughout the Expo. Solid on both ends, she wasn’t afraid or backing down from the competition. Going into it, I wasn’t very familiar with her play. After seeing her get after it, I walked away intrigued by her ability to hunt great shots and decision-making. I expect her to be a force for Karns this upcoming season. Look for her to be a double-digit scoring threat.

Mia was a Swiss Army knife for Team Eight doing a little bit of everything which went a long way in her team’s success. Miller did everything well, but I thought Mia was best with the basketball pushing the ball up the floor on the break. Multiple teammates were the recipient of kick ahead passes which resulted in uncontested layups or wide-open jumpers. Miller scored several baskets during the live competition from all over the court as well and could have scored more if not for unselfish, team play. Mia competed hard and played with a big motor and should have the chance to play on the next level in a couple years.
