Mya has another transfer this time to the St. James. her time in Central Florida has seemed to pay dividends as her game has matured tremendously. She shot 50% from the field as well as the three finishing with 17 points and 7 boards in her first game for the Strivers. She moves with the grace and athleticism of a guard despite having a 6’3″ frame. Her handle was solid as she was at the point in some situations and handled it well.

Mya had a very impressive showing during the live period and was one of the biggest stock risers of the weekend. Her standout performances in front of numerous college coaches certainly elevated her profile and reinforced why she is one of the more intriguing prospects in the Class of 2027. Possessing excellent length and size on the perimeter, Mya impacts the game on both ends of the floor and continues to show tremendous upside.
Offensively, she is a true three-level scorer who can knock down the three-point shot with consistency, create opportunities off the dribble, and finish around the basket. Her silky-smooth jump shot stands out immediately, and she shoots the ball with confidence and efficiency. Mya’s combination of size, skill, and scoring ability makes her a difficult matchup for defenders. Given her performance over the weekend, it would not be surprising to see her add to her recruitment and continue climbing the rankings in the 2027 class. A high-upside prospect with a very bright future, Mya is undoubtedly a player college coaches will monitor very closely over the summer and look to sign her.

A very lengthy wing that is listed as 6’2 but looks more like 6’3! She can operate from different positions, she is a hard player to match up with. She already has two-way versatility and it makes her a player at the high school level you do not have to take off the floor. Scores the ball in multiple ways and is very active in gaps defensively. Rebounds well with her frame and from her position and a player that plays through contact. Making her way back to the DMV to St James.

Mya has returned to the DMV and is now at the St. James. The long and athletic wing put up a solid 17 points in only 20 minutes of action on an efficient six for twelve from the field. She has racked up D1 offers and should grab a few more after this weekend.

Mya brings impressive size and length to IMG after moving from Maryland. She shows strong body control and an efficient shooting touch that makes her a reliable scoring option. On offense, she moves the ball well and fits smoothly into team flow. Defensively, Mya uses her length to rebound effectively and disrupt opponents with her reach and anticipation.

Bullis had a huge loss with Mackenzie’s transfer, but with the gains of Mya and Taylor they may have improved from last years nationally ranked team. Mya brings disruptive length to bolster the defensive end. She runs the floor like a track star and attacks the basket well. Practicing against all-American level talent will only make her better. This will be an exciting year for the Bulldogs and I can’t wait to see how all of the talent gels together.

I’ve talked a lot about Bullis’s talent, especially in their backcourt. One of the players I haven’t talked much about who is terrific is

. Mya transferred in from McDonough, and she had a fantastic DMV Live. Mya did an excellent job finishing all weekend, and she is a fantastic athlete. I love Mya’s length because it allows her to be an active and effective defender. She had a 23-point performance, and she should be a huge piece for Bulls this year.

Mya draws a lot of comparisons to WNBA player Angel Reese, in my opinion, Mya is better than Reese was at this stage of high school. She is a superior athlete with a 6’3″ frame and she can attack well from the wing. As she continues to develop she will be a nightmare for any player as she has multiple natural mismatches in place.

Mya didn’t play in the paint at all so may be out of place listed with the interior players may be odd. She looked to display her perimeter skills which this event was perfect for showcasing. She scored 9 points finishing her scoring off with a three pointer.
