With her size and IQ Payton can operate as the lead guard or at the two-guard. She is a good ball handler in the open floor and under pressure. and can also be off the ball and in her stance and ready to either knock down shots or make plays off the dribble. Always looking to make the right play does a good job mixing in and hitting the offensive boards for easy baskets. She is a good three point shooter, even has a good stroke when defenders are contesting her shot!
