Her DESIRE to get better as well as her falling into the “you won’t outwork me” group and guess what, she also helped lead her team to a deep run and was named to the state All-Tournament team in 5A Division 2

Powell has been on my radar since I can’t even remember but I used my search bar and got this see evaluation here That 40-footer at the buzzer popped back into my head when she was in the 7th grade, yet her work ethic was there from the start and watching her add the step back to drop the jumper was nice. Her court vision needs to be mentioned as well as her body control on her finishes after contact

Powell has always been one of those players that finds ways to be relevant. Yeah, she score attacking the rim or dropping the jumper but whatever is needed from her, she brings and her solid defense and rebounding was a big plus
