About Rayne

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a versatile player, able to play all postions. I play smart and agressive . I like to move the ball to help my teammates score.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My mentality is to stay focused, confident and always compete. I try to not let my mistakes slow me down, I learn from them and keep going.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I have received academics awards and I am not in any clubs or organizations.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Recovering from an ACL tear builds resilience, discipline, and mental toughness. It also strengthens leadership and empathy, letting you motivate and support others while leading by example.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

A challenge I faced is tearing my ACL. It took a hard impact on me but it had also helped me in a positive way.

What type of college are you looking for?

A college that will let me express myself but have discipline and a strict to do things

Mathews has become one of the most improved players on the PGH Circuit I have personally seen this season in the 17U Division and her “work ethic” is something you can’t teach. She’s strong and attacks the basket strongly so her finishing after contact isn’t a problem. She also hit the boards on both ends, played solid defense “on the ball” but what really got me was her jumper
