Reese is another Bishop Luers standout, but she has been there and helped them win a 2024 Class 2A State Championship. She is a long, wiry-strong, active, and athletic forward. She is a lot more physical than she might look, she’s a nice pursuing rebounder, plus she has a pretty mid-range jumper. At times she can extend that to the perimeter, but she’s very good in the mid-post, and she’s an athletic attacker off the dribble. I also like her ability to defend bigger guards, wings, and undersized power forwards/posts.

I was able to see Reese multiple times in July, and I feel like she was really good each time I saw her. She plays with outstanding energy, she is a nice all-around athlete, plus she has gotten stronger and more physical. She is a very effective mid-post forward, she has touch facing the basket, plus she can put it on the floor from there and finish around the rim. I also like her versatility defensively for the small college level. She is strong and physical enough to defend most ‘4s’, but she is also athletic enough to defend out on the wing.

Reese is one of those forwards who several of the Midwestern small colleges tend to really like. She has an athletically strong frame, nice length, she plays with physicality, and she has a motor. She can step outside and knock down a rhythm jumper, she can attack the basket North/South and finish through contact, plus she has a really nice mid-range game. Reese also has a nose for the ball and will rebound outside of her area, and she can defend different types of players effectively.

Reese is a hard-working, tough-nosed, high-motor combo forward who can do a little of everything on a basketball court. She has a solid to strong frame, she doesn’t mind physicality, and she will even seek out contact at times. She plays much bigger than she is and can defend the block/mid-post, but she can also step outside and defend bigger wings. Offensively, she has a little touch from the perimeter, and she is very effective in the mid-post. She seems like the type of kid who fits many of the Midwestern small colleges, and if she can score it consistently this Spring, her interest could rise.
