Regan has been a steady force for Bear Lake in the paint, anchoring the team with her strong interior play. The post player is regularly putting up double-digit performances thanks to her work on the boards and her ability to convert around the basket with confidence. She creates extra possessions by controlling the glass on both ends and makes opponents think twice about driving inside with her presence as a shot deterrent, swatting away nearly two attempts per game. With her physicality, touch near the rim, and consistent production, Regan has become one of the most reliable frontcourt players in her area.

Reagan never stops competing. Her determination and consistency in each game were one of the qualities I liked most about her as a prospect. Regan drove down the lane, spun, and scored a spectacular step-through finish off the glass. She battled to secure many offensive rebounds, including two straight on the same possession. Regan scored contested layups off two feet and tied up the ball on defense. After securing a defensive board, she pushed the ball coast to coast, braced for impact, and scored through contact at the rim off two feet. Regan earned an All-Conference First Team selection as a junior, and she looks ready for an encore performance for Bear Lake as a senior.
