A classic “heart over height” guard. Outstanding handles to push it in transition and also pressure the rim in the halfcourt. The activity continued when off the ball as she’s a gritty player. Even popped up for a putback, where she chased down a long board and quickly attacked the rim. Anytime the shortest player on the court can get on the boards, it’s a strong sign. Fun to watch prospect, who blends heady play with a dash of excitement.

First let me say I enjoyed the energy Rian played with. A true PG that leads her team on offense and defense. A quick guard that used the change of speed to get by her defender reading the defense to make a great decision. Defensibly she is low to the ground in her stance and quick laterally making it hard for someone to get by her.
