Gasaway thrives through physicality, effort, and consistency. She plays with great length and understands how to use it effectively inside, especially when attacking the paint or battling for position near the rim. Her rebounding ability stands out because of her willingness to do the work early — sealing opponents, boxing out, and pursuing the ball aggressively. Offensively, she attacks decisively from the high post and keeps pressure on defenders with her downhill strength. Her nonstop activity and toughness bring a contagious energy to the floor.

Standing out with her physical presence, she skillfully utilizes her size to dominate in the paint. Her ability to attack the bucket smoothly from the high post makes her a consistent offensive threat. Defensively, she excels at rebounding, consistently boxing out opponents to secure crucial boards. Her relentless energy and hustle elevate her team’s performance on both ends of the court.

Lake Stevens is a team to keep an eye on with having players who are ready to win and are a talented group. Rosalie has good length and uses it well on the defensive side of the ball by getting her hands in passing lanes and blocking shots with ease. She has been improving at a high rate and is a player to watch.

Another promising Lake Stevens sophomore, Gasaway has legit size and has really showcased her versatility as a frontcourt player who can go up and rip down boards, but also has the fluidity paired with post moves to beat her defender off the dribble and get to the bucket.

Gasaway’s legit length at 6-foot-1 is already showing up with her ability to high-point rebounds and close down passing lanes in the paint. She also shows some promising mobility, which should lead to her making plays in transition and attacking the basket from just outside the paint. She profiles as a true double-double threat down the line who should also become a solid rim defender.

Rosalie has great size, standing at 6’0″ already and is likely not done growing. She moves like a guard with the ball in her hands, being the most dangerous when she is on the wing getting ready to attack downhill. She can score in a variety of ways down low in the paint, having a soft touch around the rim.
