The SPSL has a ton of talent within the conference so it is very impressive that Rowan was able to claim 2nd team honors as a sophomore. DeForrest is a quick guard who likes to run the floor in transition but also can slow down the pace of the game and go through the offense and hit shots when left open. Defensively she moves her feet well and can recover if she gets beat when defending full court.
