If Ruby has been consistent at one thing over the past couple of years, it’s that she plays hard and competes every possession. She is a strong, physical wing forward who can play inside-out as well. She has the strength & toughness to defend & rebound inside the arc, plus she can put it on the floor North/South and get to the basket, often finishing through contact. Additionally, she has nice touch from the perimeter and can bury shots from behind the 3-point line or in the mid-range. What position she’ll defend at the next level will be key.

Ruby has always been a productive wing prospect. She is strong, physical, and aggressive. She is a willing rebounder who will get inside and attack the glass, plus she’s strong enough to defend bigger players inside as well. Offensively, she has really nice touch, she can knock down the 3-pointer, plus she is a North/South attacker who can absorb contact and finish inside. I feel like she could be a productive small college wing/forward as well.

I had seen Ruby sporadically in the past, but Thursday I was able to watch her at length. She has a fairly strong frame with broad shoulders, she possesses some length as well, and she has a nice motor. She can use her physicality to defend and rebound, plus she’s a solid finisher around the basket. Additionally, she has nice touch around the perimeter and utilizes her inside-out versatility effectively.
