It wasn’t the ending that Franklin wanted for her career, but she battled throughout. Scoring 20 points on an 7/11 shooting from the field. Always seemed to have an answer when top ranked Caddo tried to pull away. Complete bucket getter, played smooth and strong on drives. And drained pull up threes when needed. The AmPo guard was a blast to watch this season and good luck at the next level.

Franklin drives and attacks like a taller guard. Was a problem all weekend with a fearless playing style. Can adjust on the fly to make the right passes to her teammates, making her a true combo guard. Is deceptively shifty with her ability to change gears and make ball fakes. Seemed to pop up with timely threes in the second half of every game this week.
Like the potential for her to be scoring clutch buckets during a Class A player run for the Wildcats. As she’s a hard nosed guard with the a high skill level. Her toughness is evident as she has battled back from a major injury to still be a fearless and confident player.

Franklin took Edmond North by storm to start the contest, quickly hitting double figures. Quick and hard nosed guard, with subtle change of direction, head fakes and more to get to the rim. Made some nice feeds on those drives, especially as the defense started to focus more and more on her. With her ability to either score floaters over taller defenders or even take contact on And 1 finishes, Franklin is a certified bucket. Scored a game high 19 points, including impressive 8-9 shooting from the charity stripe.

The other half of Amber-Poccaset’s Sadie duo. Franklin is healed up from an injury that derailed her spring and summer. She’s already had productive games of 14 points and 6 rebounds vs Riverside. Then 18 points and 8 assists in a recent win vs Walter. The Letoureneau (TX) commit has deep range from three and is one of the top players in Class A. While the Lady Panthers have been recent regulars in OKC in March, they haven’t won a title since 1985.

An injury put a damper on Franklin’s final grassroots campaign. But thankfully she was recently cleared for return to play. Franklin is a complete PG, with good handles to dice up the defense in the halfcourt or push it in transition. Like the footwork she shows on drives, with two foot stops while playing quick and strong to get to the rim. Hits in the mid-range and from three as a spot up threat. Amber-Pocasset had an outstanding season with a 26-2 mark, but were knocked out in the first game of the Class A State Tournament. Expect Franklin to be a young lady on a mission as one of the best small town players in Oklahoma.

A shooting guard that can also play the point guard spot as well. Showed those capabilities Saturday at times. An outside shooter with range as she knocked down several from deep Saturday in her teams win. A ball handler that can turn the corner drawing the extra defender then make the kick, Showed nice footwork in the pull up dribble in transaction.
On defense Sadie hustled on all loose balls and rebounds. Understands man defense concepts as she was their in help rotation.

A combo guard that I have seen play the point guard spot many of times. Listed at combo guard cause of her outside shooting and driving abilities. A uptempo guard with ball looking to push the ball as deep as possible. A physical driver that gets her shoulder going downhill looking for the score. Great vision in the half court set makes her a possible double double every game.
Named Offensive Player of the Year and Second team All-Conference

For long spurts of the game, Franklin looked unstoppable off the bounce for Blanchard. From pushing it in transition, to finding the gaps on offense, the sophomore is outstanding at navigating and pushing through traffic to get to the rim. Where she finishes high and makes good use of the glass to be a highly efficient finisher. If a defender leans or bites at all on a ball fake or jab step, Franklin will make them pay by whizzing right on by. She also has nifty pass fakes while driving that left defenders guessing and got her quality looks at the rim. While the sophomore was best getting to the rim, she hit some big shots from distance as well. To close out the third she hit a big three that put Blanchard up six. It was impressive complete performance for the skilled guard.

Sadie is a do-it-all guard who has some killer handles. In the open court, she is absolutely deadly with a combination of speed and the ability to finish through contact that you just don’t see too often at this level. Over and over again I see on tape that she uses her speed and handles to make wary defenders give her space at the arc, only to use her quick release and rain down three’s on the opposing team. A tenacious defender, she really can do it on both ends of the court. A well-rounded athlete who is constantly working to improve, it’s no wonder that Franklin has jumped up 14 spots into the top-25 in the class of 2026!
