Peters looks like a player starting to put it all together. She played with an edge all day and brought a level of confidence that stood out right away. The tools have always been there – length, athleticism, and instincts – and now we’re seeing it translate more consistently. She was active around the basket, attacking with purpose and not hesitating when lanes opened up. What I liked just as much was how she moved without the ball. She found gaps, timed her cuts well, and made herself an easy target for teammates. That kind of feel is hard to teach. When things tightened up, she didn’t fade. She leaned into those moments and competed. There’s real upside here, and if she keeps building on this, she’s putting herself firmly in that next-level conversation.

Peters produced one of the more complete stat lines we’ve seen this season. She finished second on the team in scoring at 10.6 points per game and rebounding at 6 per contest while leading Richfield in assists, steals and blocked shots. Peters’ length and activity level make her disruptive defensively, picking off passes and protecting the rim from the guard spot. She brings constant energy, crashing the glass and fighting for rebounds in key moments. Offensively she has a smooth shooting motion with range beyond the arc and scores plenty of second-chance baskets with strong positioning. Lots of upside here!

This Diamond Elite guard was in the mix on every possession at Sunday’s showcase. Whether grabbing clutch rebounds, using her length to block shots, or picking off passes, Peters was a defensive nightmare for her opponents. With ample amounts of hustle and an endless motor, she made a major impact for her team on both ends of the floor. On offense, Samira displayed her smooth release shooting motion, knocking down several shots from beyond the arc. She crashed the offensive glass too, using both her length and positioning to grab boards and score on numerous putbacks.
