Sara is one of the best prospects available who opted out of playing grassroots basketball this Spring & Summer. She is a quick, savvy, feisty point guard. She has good all-around court sense, she can find teammates through the smallest of windows, but she also has touch outside if she gets any rhythm. Defensively, she can get under ball-handlers with her quickness and quick hands, but she also rotates to “help” well and reads passing lanes away from the ball. She could/should be a nice small college lead guard.

Sara isn’t very big, but she is quick/fast, and she is an extremely heady, feisty, and skillful point guard prospect. Before coming to Roncalli this past year, she played for her father on the Indianapolis Homeschool Wildcats, so she does have a “coach’s kid” mentality and feel for the game. She plays with her head up, scans the floor, and finds teammates, plus she has shown the ability to score the ball herself. She can get through gaps and collapse the defense, or she can knock down an open rhythm jumper. Defensively, she will get after it as well, and she isn’t afraid of contact or getting on the floor.
