Expert Analysis
Ryan Oppenheimer | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
Zewdu is an impressively complete sophomore. At 5’10, she can shoot, handle, and draw fouls. She showed flashes of her star potential when she hit a stepback three early in 5-on-5 play. She also does a great job initiating contact to create angles on her drives. She took tough defensive assignments and got beat down the court a few times, but when she was at her best, she was a force on defense, blocking shots and grabbing rebounds. She has the skill and tools to play at the next level.
